The hotel was beautifully located in Madrid, in a very safe neighborhood The hotel was very clean, and the entire staff, from the doorman, to the bellhop to the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend the Hotel Real to anyone traveling to this city.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa Real during our 15th Anniversary trip to Spain. The hotel was beautiful and well located (within a 15 minute walk to almost every location we wanted to go to). The room was lovely, with many amenities and the staff at the front desk were super helpful and kind. I felt they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Should we ever end up in Madrid again(and I hope we do!), we would certainly stay here again and would recommend others to as well.

The staff were super great here and made the stay very welcoming. They surprised me with room service champagne and a brownie on my birthday, which left me stunned at the generosity and attention to detail . Christina at the desk was very helpful and kind and was great with local recommendations as well as answering any other silly tourist questions we may had (for example, using the key card to active the lights in the room). Room was great and clean, location was perfect and enabled us to see a lot of the city just by foot. I would absolutely stay here again, and will recommend friends and family to do the same.

Great location, comfortable room ( ask for city view) and very friendly employees. Justina at the front desk is awesome. She will look for ways to make your stay even better. Very close to Plaza de Sol and Plaza Santa Ana but just far away enough to avoid the crowds/noise. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service from all the staff. They are very attentive to any guest request. Great spacious rooom with a view of a plaza. Very quiet. Slept very well in the double bed. The hotel offers an option for clients to decide if they want to change the bed and towells. A fantastic and eco-concious waybto save water. Pictures are accurate.
